Atalgo has developed an overarching and comprehensive DevOps strategy for a major telecom company in Australia. The work involved studying the current development methodology for OSS/BSS services which was primarily based on Waterfall and provide a pathway to a very large multi vendor team to automate their Build, Deployment and Testing processes and become DevOps mature within one phase of the project. Atalgo devised the framework which can be followed by not only the teamwhich engaged us but also applied across other teams within the telecommunication giant. The work done by Atalgo was rigorously reviewed by global DevOps practice of the client and given positive feedback.

For a federal government law enforcement business, Atalgo provided a Continuous Testing framework and toolset integration. The IT team engaged mostly manual testers across various IT projects which was proving to be a costly affair. A business case to develop an automation centre of excellence was accepted and as a result Atalgo provided a comprehensive and bespoke Continuous Testing framework involving integrating toolsets such as Atlassian Bamboo, Tosca Tricestis and Jira. The framework was delivered successfully with demo and business acceptance.
